With awns and brown husks, the ears are medium-long, medium-dense, upright, medium height with strong stems.
It yields 300-350 kg/da under dry conditions in the Central Anatolia and Transition regions.
Thousand kernel weight is 37-42 g, hectoliter weight 75-80 kg, protein ratio 13-17%, vitreousness ratio 70-100%, SDS values between 15-20. It is the best bulgur wheat variety known in Turkey.
